I got this for my elderly mother who was recovering from a hip replacement. She is a small woman (4'8" and 73 lbs.), and this worked wonderful! She did not need to raise herself very high for me to get this under her, and the front was raised high enough as to where we did not need to worry about any urine getting on the blankets or the bed.
